Woman loses baby to "Good Samaritans"

Pumwani Maternity Hospital is tonight back in the headlines, for the same old reasons. A woman who gave birth at the hospital has mysteriously lost her baby to what appears to be a child-theft syndicate that strikes almost at will at the country's largest maternity hospital. Evelyn Maureen was tonight supposed to be holding her second born baby, but she doesn't know how and where her bundle of joy was taken. The tearful mother shared her story with NTV's Joyce Mkawasi.
